Have a look at this if this utility does not do it he has videos to debloat your ISO and remove copilot and Recall and so on

Copilot is in the advanced tweaks no idea if it does more than you already have he does not mention it

It is the new microwin that you will need to create your own ISO without CoPilot Recall and whatever else you want removed but you do need a clean install
