How the hell did I get it?! I don't have 24H2 or 25H2 - I still have 23H2! Plus I use a Registry hack to delay updates till 2045!

In fact I've just had to uninstall it again! I noticed it on the context menu, thought "WTF?!" and uninstalled it - only to find today that it'd reappeared!

I've found entries in the Registry - is there a hack to uninstall it PERMANENTLY, and be CERTAIN that it's gone?
