Well I think that's me done with Virgin Media.
Got this months bill . . £4.80 more than usual

click the link to 'view bill' and instead of going where I should go, I end up an a 'new' VM/O2 place that requires my email (did it) then another email for back up - allegedly.

Now screw this, if VM are locking customers out of their own damn account they can
