These messages are false advertising too. All Virgin customers with internet access are able to receive Sky Atlantic via TVGo to watch on a device or cast to their TV- there is no need to change to 360 to do so.

This is the answer to your own question you seem to have missed the method. Go to internet on smart TV, search for virgin TV go and set it up . At least it works on my LG . Bit of faff to do but it works
