Interested to know why would subscribe to HBO Max then....

There is less new and exclusive worth watching and upcoming series on that than there is on Sky.

Arguably there is some older series Sky should acquire in particularly from NBC Universal or Sony, Sky Deutschland acquiring seasons 1 to 3 For All Mankind from Sony Pictures Television and airing and available On Demand on Sky Atlantic
