I did respond to your question about ‘suggestions’ and I told you there was a separate row of tiles for that on the Home page.

I don’t doubt that they are trying to wean people off the V6 - after all, they are having to pay a licence fee to TiVo for their features.

It’s hardly ‘sly’ - it’s pretty obvious really!
