Virign Media compo refused due to ombusman.
1.had net on off for months and tv box .
terms was £9 a day auto compo.
2024 problems reported they failed to swap box or router .
2025 april was
3rd april loss of service credit in account £400.00
7th april they took it back ...
screen shots taken b4 i rang them .
its not there . was never there .
we no records of this £400.00
sent proof ceo was in error .
i was not happy we send u dead lock .
ombusman reply we paid him 3rd april 2025 no proof shown .
we not paying him again .
forced to pay they said he as it already in account show proof virgin media .
REFUSED TO SHOW THEM ANY PROOF .
JULY 2025 PAID £400.00 TO ME.
DEC HAD PROBLEMS WITH MONEY SO LOADED ACCOUNT WITH £500.00
problems with a service and then the fireworks hit the toilet .
u got money £400.00 x 2 we want the £400.00 back .
they said we look in to it 11th dec 2025 and get back to u 14th dec 2025.
checked account and was taken out .
12th dec manager looked and was error i paid it back in ur account with the words as follows ......

DUE TO THE £400.00 IN COMPO PAID WE ARE LOCKING YOUR ACCOUNT WITH ANY GOOD WILL THIS IS FROM THE MANAGER TEAM IN CEO TEAM .
AS U HAD £400.00 IN COMPO FROM USE AND WE HERE TO MAKE MONEY NOT LOSE IT .
WE ARE BLOCKED ANY GOOD WILL ON THIS CONTRACT AND NEW CONTRACTS IF U STAY WITH USE.
OR U CAN LEAVE NOW AND WE WANT CHARGE U ANY FEES .
THAT IS THE ONLY OFFER WE OFFERING U JASON .
I ASKED FOR MANAGER HE COME BACK WE ARE NOT OFFERING U ANY MORE GOODWILL OR DISCOUNTS JUST THE NEW CONTRACT PACKAGE DEAL .
AND NO OTHERS DISCOUNTS IN THE CONTRACT TERMS .

the £400.00 was due and good job i check my account .
as if i never i be £400 less .
can they force the terms no good will on new contracts
new contract wips out all compo cases ?
