Also if this is baked into the OS, then it has to be adopted and incorporated as part of the OS by the manufacturers - can you imagine Apple and Google doing this? You may well be right, but it will be useful for work phones and extremely useful for parents who wish to prevent their children from accessing inappropriate content or stop predators sending sexual predatory messages (and stop them from sending naked pictures of themselves as predators so often like to try and persuade them to do.) These are then posted to paedophile websites or used to blackmail them for money or to force them to send even more explicit content.
