Re: Science will soon reveal the spiritual world

Perhaps he typed 'dudes' and the middle d went missing?

When checking a post before hitting 'submit reply', I sometimes notice an occasional missing letter or two.

My theory about this is that some random letters are 'stolen' by the spiritual world so they can communicate with us. I presume the spiritual world has no form, shape or substance and therefore needs to 'spirit away' things from our world so that we can 'see' them in their world and communicate.

Think of the times you've dropped something and no matter how hard you look, you never find it again.
The item you placed in a drawer or cupboard last week, but now has magically disappeared without trace.
That word on the tip of your tongue that, for some odd reason, you just can't quite get to form.

The spiritual world also sometimes takes too many things, and in order to maintain a balance gives the surplus back, which is why you may find extra letters in written text, the odd foreign currency in your wallet, and that strange old yale key at the back of a drawer.

Just a theory of course, quite possibly brought on by a lack of brandy . . . and that's odd, the bottle contents seem lower than I remember.
