Re: Sending VM kit back

I just had an email telling me they're sending me some Yodel returns packaging in "about 2 weeks". Seems like a good way to whittle down the returns deadline date.
They also asked for my ancient 500GB Tivo to be returned despite the website clearly stating V6 or 360 only needed to be returned.

I contacted two O2 shops regarding handover, one said I needed a confirmation email from VM as their "system" wouldn't recognise the account number, the other said I could do it but had to package it up in its correct box, again contradicting info from VM.

In short the process is, as I fully expected, a complete shambles and I'll be glad to see the back of them. The only decision now is whether to cancel the direct debit as I'm fully paid up and had my final bill. It would stop them trying a cheeky last gasp charge for supposedly unreturned equipment, the downside being their eagerness for debt collection agencies.
