A 'cheapish' Prosecco (should use Champagne - but that's a waste of champagne, lol) you add fresh lemon juice, gin and sugar syrup (= a 75), or substitute the gin to a Cognac for a 125. A good way to use up cheap prosecco and make it a lot more.. well nicer. It's a very old classic cocktail basically.
Named after field guns or cannons. 75mm etc.
