It will never be a non-issue, because a vast number of places don’t have space for single lockable unisex toilets, and many others don’t have the budget to convert them.
We will always have single sex toilets and it is therefore (sadly) necessary to have a clear, unambiguous legal ruling that men aren’t allowed in the ladies at all. Even if they put on a dress. Especially if that’s their kink, I’d argue.
It is beyond absurd that it is even necessary to assert the above paragraph. Truly, we live in the stupidest timeline.
