Ribeye steak, steak chips, Chestnut mushrooms, peppercorn sauce, washed down with a very nice D'Angelo Aglianico del Vulture red wine.
SWMBO has had fillet steak, skinny chips, button mushrooms & bernaise sauce, washed down with a nice fizz (Veuve Clicquot Yellow Label Brut).
All cooked in the Air Fryer (except for the sauces).
Little celebration dinner to welcome the new arrival to our family.
I may be having some whisky later (Glenturret 12yo 2023 release).
