I have a Dell 8400 (2 months old)
I also have a Maxtor 120GB USB2 Drive. This Drive FAILED
this week. I dont think it died. Just the Power to it has. So I opened it up (removing the Sticker) & noew have it on my PC room floor.
I took a image of my Dell 8400 and the H/Disk.
How do I add this into my PC to see if I can Copy the bits I need? & then format it?
I have these inside my PC now:
DVD Rom
DVD+R
H/D 120GB
3 1/2 Floppy
But I want the 2nd H/D also. The Lead that goes to the H/D in Dell is different to the Conector on my Maxtor...
What should I do?
