Question Remove context limit on Win 10

I did this on Win 8 and 11, the limit of 16 is just stupid IMO. There are 17 photos I want to open with an app at the same time. But I looked in the Registry at:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER/SOFTWARE/Microsoft/Windows/CurrentVersion/Explorer

as the Microsoft site says - and the required key, MultipleInvokePromptMinimum (usually set to 15), isn't there!

I added it (BACKING UP THE REGISTRY FIRST!) and rebooted, but I still couldn't select more than 15 items and right-click to Open With, as that disappeared from the context menu. Am I missing something?

- Yes, I am: it's just that Open doesn't say Open With <app name>, but it does work. Oops.

Um, no, it doesn't - it opened one file, not all 17. My question still stands, therefore.
