Agreed. I have seen nothing that persuades me to believe that the Sky channels will be re-structured or have their names changed.

I thought initially that perhaps Sky Atlantic might change its name to reflect the fact that the new HBO material will be shown only on HBO Max, with Sky left only with the HBO material already available to them at the time of the new streamer’s launch in the UK. However, the latest on that from Sky is that SA will remain as it is, but bolstered by more Sky Originals.

In short, Sky is not restructuring its channel lineup at this time, but simply adding the HBO Max service as an integrated part of its entertainment packages.
