Here we go again, but this time it's banking.
The missus has had a Santander Current Account for several years.
She had a windfall with Premium Bonds, so wanted to open a Cash ISA, again with Santander.
She went through the pages of the online application form, then hit a dead end, full stop, WTAF moment.
"Photo ID required: current UK passport or Current UK Driving Licence".
She has neither.
Her French passport and National ID have both expired.
