Too right. I rang Metro for a taxi on 365365 - and I got what I'm pretty sure was an AI, saying it'd be there in 3 minutes. It said 'to talk to an operator, press 0'. All very well...except the Morrisons phone doesn't have a keypad. Plus what about asking who I was, or where I was going?
I didn't like the idea of travelling uninsured, so I called 700000 on my own phone, and got an operator for the usual service.
