The £25 charge for no-fault-found has always been in-place, but perhaps the CS script is now being more proactive in mentioning it.
The "subscribe" error was still there at 18:00 yesterday, but it was gone at 21:00. So I cancelled the tech visit online (I don't want to be handing over £25).

The programme in question was "Doc" (Sky Witness HD 110).

As I cancelled the tech visit, the reporting page did checks and came back with "Intermittent signal in your area".
