For the past couple of weeks, Sky Witness HD (110) has suffered picture break up on many recordings,
So I just went to On Demand and watched the affected programme with that.
But 2 days ago, when accessing On Demand, it comes up with "Subscribe" and "Update to watch".
I called to complain and spent over half an hour as the system was checked, reset, checked and reset again with no change.
I suspect a software glitch at VM or Sky, but they are sending a tech on Monday to check out my box and connection. The lady spent ages explaining that I would be charged £25 if they found no fault, or if we weren't in when they arrived.
