Hi all, can anyone help me with this:
I have just bought a new Samsung 50 Inch QE50QEF1AU Smart 4K UHD HDR QLED TV, all set up right BUT on my vm remote ( for the 306 v6 box) It now won't turn volume up or down, so when I start watching tv I use my vm remote to change channels BUT then have to use the other remote to use the volume.

Can I get the vm remote to do volume as it used to do.
