[That's what I thought but these things are not accurate according to qualified people so I've learnt to live with the whooping 5 degree difference. My thermostat is a Honeywell round spinning thing. I was thinking of a digital thermostat but again the installers 10 years ago said go for the round thing. I'll mention it when my annual service occurs.

Don't know of annual gas. I'll have to look at a bill. Just me. I wish there was a cat tenant but I haven't got another kitty since my childhood one died
