I rarely wear trousers, even in snow. It's the tips of my fingers that suffer the most in cold weather so I have insulated gloves. Bit weird shorts, jumper and gloves anywho indoors I'm in shorts and t-shirt comfortably with my thermostat at 15.5. The gas man tells me the thermostat is always a couple of degrees out so once the boiler has fired up and satisfied the thermostat it's like 17. My thermometer localed where my thermostat is reads between 21-24c
