Yes it's a Hub 3.
I've had a tough week and not feeling listened to by VM has got to me more than it would normally because I haven't been able to think clearly. I even sent a diagram of my lounge with the Hub and existing Wifi pod and asked where in the room i should place another pod - the response was to use the Connect app to determine that. It was like they were reading from a script, rather than actually listen to me.
