They sent me a prepaid returns package to send the modem and stuff back, I had a text from them telling me there'll be a £65 charge if not returned by a certain date. plus I'd lose any credit I had left on my account (£38).
It was easy enough and free to return, just dropped it off at one of the many listed stores that would take it.
I'm on the monthly contract with BRSK, it's £10pm cheaper if going for the 18 month contract.
