I did have it sorted or supposedly. Around 10 years ago I had mine refitted and the kind lady surveyor said putting an extractor in the window would be less hassle than into the wall. Fast forward some years and it was better to be installed at the highest point into the wall. Now I have a bumhole in the window. I keep the fan spinning between medium and highest setting.
