"hello, it appears we haven't seen you in 2 years"
"yep that's correct, you're not usually interested though"
"what do you mean?"
"I mean getting up at stupid o'clock in a morning just to wait in an appointment queue isn't my idea of keeping healthy, and as you said . . it's 2 years since you bothered to check I was still around"
"Right, well how about I give you an appointment day and time now over the phone?"
"SORTED"
