I just checked my spam folder. In there were a few messages warning me that if I didn't renew my email account by the 4th, it would be
shut down, shock horror.
Even if the sender hadn't had a nonsensical URL, I was checking
today, and guess what,
the account is as active as ever - there were some
legit messages. I can understand newbies getting worried about this, but I've been in IT since the days when MS-DOS came on a 5 1/4" floppy. Deleted forever.
