hi itshim, I guess you have probably tried but, when I couldn't get in online I did manage to use my login details to use the mobile app. I use an android phone and although it's not as simple as the My VM online site it does allow you to change your package and bb speed etc you just have to forget any logical places to find things and head first to the "help" option.
