I am not sure how you 'steal it'. He appears to have taken it from their TikTok account and reuploaded it to X, maybe their profile settings were not sent to private.
To be honest, how he found it isn't the issue, but what he did with it. But he uploaded it with this snide commentary, and now the family is facing abuse, threats, and he has been suspended from his job.
