Funny you say that. It's my cousin's birthday Wednesday. I'm guessing we're going out for dinner and cake. I could finish a sultani right now half chips half rice. Yummy yummy food in my tummy.
With regards to weight loss the vegetable for dinner really helps. Fruit on the other hand during the day only goes so far so I'm consuming a lot more fruit which my dietitian said was ok. She hates palm oil. I've found it to taste chemically rubber like. Err.
