Once the order is placed on compareandrecycle they give you contact details of the buyer of the phone. I suggest writing this email address down or like me firing off an email acting dumb for further guidance.
I did waste £6, £3 each way bus fare to and from town when going to CeX thanks mate!  I did however exercise walk short distances  I guess I'm where I was before only with no phone. I could have chucked it out the window for an endurance test  |
