GreyHorse is the Red Button service accessed from Sky Sports Racing (#519)

Other than those, the 2 digit range is mainly used for internal services, NVOD Adult/Sports channels etc. The 4 digit channel number series seems to be used for placeholder services for channels no longer broadcasting and for inactive pop-up channels.
