Re: Its best to sleep for 7 hours -- not 8

I get usually 6-8 hrs a night but currently its a dreadful sleep. Wake up with a headache some mornings and my sleep tracker on smart watch shows I toss and turn a lot now as well as snore, waking up frequently through the night and oxygen levels drop a lot too. So waiting to find out if I have sleep apnea, the symptoms all align.

Was told by ENT I have a deviated septum now which wasn't there before my surgery to remove nasal polyps and likely all the tubes up my nose from my transplant and follow on surgeries has weakened and worsened it more
