I am largely in agreement with Pierre, I didnt find it as good or compelling as S1, and confused by similar things.

Another thing that puzzled me was them showing the fungus/plant being alive in the pipes (in the town) but then nothing more seemed to be made of this ?

Detailed knowledge of the game should not be a requirement to understand the show.
