One of my carers did a search of the Virgin Community Forums and some threads about this come up, but when he clicked on them, they had been deleted! I think Virgin might be wanting to forget that this facility ever existed, surely they would have been better pushing TiVo for a solution seeing as they pay them for the TiVo technology/branding.

Haven't you worked it out yet. They are not interested in TiVo . Want everyone to move over. We just have to live with less and less features .or change of cause
