Ahh, so it looks like the settings will have to be manually input again, thanks anyway.

One of my carers did a search of the Virgin Community Forums and some threads about this come up, but when he clicked on them, they had been deleted! I think Virgin might be wanting to forget that this facility ever existed, surely they would have been better pushing TiVo for a solution seeing as they pay them for the TiVo technology/branding.
