Got fed up with virgin phoning me. I didn't bother to answer for the last two weeks . So I did answer, are virgin going crazy
spoke a girl with a very strong accent. She reduced by bill by a £2 per month for no reason at all , have an 18 month contract with 16 still to go so that's not the reason. And yes checked my account and it's down
