I have the Aqara G4 which works well for me, powered from the old doorbell power supply. No subscription fee and with HomeKit support, you get videos uploaded to the cloud for free if you have iCloud+ subscription as well as local SD card storage. Needs to be out of direct rain as not 100% waterproof. Review here:
