Yep, that's where most of the cost is. My 4090 is still around the £2k mark alone but my one is top end and overkill for day to day stuff. I don't think you're going to get much for around the £200 range. But then again it all depends on what you're going to use the PC for. Probably would better to get a PC with a card as part of the package and not bought separately. If not, then you could get good deals via ebay / 2nd hand market. Or a complete PC 2nd hand could be an option.
