Especially when new subscriptions or even being to resubscribe will stop in early 2026 when Max launches

They are actually shutting down Discovery+ this month in Spain and The Netherlands next Monday, Brazil in January.

Or dedicated streaming devices as they are always going to have more apps available than Virgin boxes or smart TVs (except maybe Roku o/s TVs although they tend to be low spec.)

This reminds me of many years ago when you used to make similar claims for Sky Atlantic.
It was reported in The FT reported that WBD is in discussions with other platforms including Amazon Prime, Virgin Media, and EE about Max.
