Note their return policy sucks even if the knives go blunt after some use. I brought the sharpener for this reason. |
I did see a knife which the craftsman 1 month to make and is fo sharp you can take 3 layers off the skin, It was a paring knife. But at £1,500 i sprayed the tea over my keyboard and thought perhaps not.
