It's true what they say: inside every adult, especially a 50+, there's a kid asking 'what the hell happened?'. It seems only a moment since I went to nursery (not 56 years), or watched Apollo 11 (55.5 years since what Tasmin Archer called 'the dream that died'), or sorted out my childhood verbal bully (50.5 years ago?) or started at Deane Grammar (48 years, and nervous as hell despite looking forward to it)!

One might say "Ee, when I were a lad...", but still...

I remember when phones had cords. When floppies were the in thing. When no-one knew where you were 24/7. When there was Blockbuster and Netscape.

What happened?
