Hi folks, offspring has moved into his first flat with some friends and they’re looking at getting VM but a bit scared of the 18 month contract tie-in. Can anyone advise what the penalty is for ending a contract early should that be necessary? IIRC they charge a reduced monthly rate? It’s been so long since I’ve been a VM customer myself I’ve forgotten all this stuff now.
