It can build up to that. Also that's an after tax and NI figure, so the equivalent salary is much higher.

Few other things in there to comment on.
Somebody expecting student loans(at age 38) to pay off her mortgage.
Somebody who seems to be receiving PIP at Enhanced Rate Daily Living and Standard rate Mobility is capable of working part-time as a cleaner.
