"Recall" although the App is not available yet, is enabled on my PC, I wasn't given a choice to enable it, it was and is enabled by Default by Microsoft on install, so they have lied when they said it would be an "Opt In" also lied when they said "it won't be tied into core functions".
yes they are it on the microsoft blog recall only works with copilot plus pc how more official do you need
