I fully expect I will not get any treatment on first visit and that I will have a
very large bill at the end of it. I tried phoning the urgent dental service but I was 30th in the queue.

Don't put it off any longer SnoopZ, false teeth (if you can stand having them in your mouth) will be far more expensive in the long run. I am lucky, despite my age I still have all my own teeth.
