I would have expected someone from Government to quickly provide information and reassurance. When there's a crisis, I expect overt leadership from a trusted source. Remember, this is a tech forum; people here are switched on to what is happening and what needs to be done next. There are many people who use the internet for all sorts of things but they are not necessarily able to cope with IT issues like the techie wizz kids. CSF is a tool sold only to businesses , there isn’t a version for your average home user to buy…. So completely unsure as to what your point is ?
