Or what? Wait for a court order, otherwise ignore them. Tbf both my Gas supplier (EDF), and my electricity supplier (EON), have respected my wish not to contacted about smart meters. Giving them my phone no as 01234567890 might have helped

They must have an email opt out. Use it, or just send the mails to junk.
