So I wondered why they processed my old gas, but not electric.
Turns out to be Fracking incompetance again.
They have the two old readings the wrong way around AGAIN.
I mean FFS, how hard is it to enter two readings, clearly labelled.
Another wait while they sort out another screw up.
They still need to remove the SMART meter I dont have as well.
